If you are having trouble seeing the latest data in Explore, Reports or are otherwise facing an issue with reading the most-up-to-date information in Reports, it is highly recommended to re-indexing your entire system. This process can take time depending on the number of records in your system.
Steps for Re-indexing
1. Visit the Admin module and go to Index Data present under Manage Config.
2. Once there, click on Re-index button for getting the data re-indexed.
Please Note: Re-indexing process may take several minutes to complete depending on the size of your instance and server hardware. However, users can continue to access the system during the re-index.
