Step 1 : First step to add support and funding to the profile is login into mentis.
Step 2 : Click on “My Profile” present in the drop-down menu of profile name on top right-hand corner of the webpage.
Step 3 : Click “Add new” present in “Support & Funding” under “Research”. You can edit or remove details entered by using “Edit” present on right-hand side.
Step 4 : In “New Support & Funding” you need to add details in fields namely “ Duration”, “Title”, “Amount”, “Collaborators” and “Sponsors”.
In “Duration” you need to add duration of the appointment for which support or funding is available in month and year format. If the duration is ongoing then you can use checkbox “Present”.
In “Title” you need to add title of research or project for which funds are made available.
In “Amount” you need to add the amount in numeric.
In “Collaborators” you can to add collaborators for the particular support.
In “Sponsors” you need to select an organization from the drop-down list . You can create a hierarchy by adding child unit.
You can delete the organization using delete button present on right-side of sponsor organization.You can hide the particular details by using checkbox “Hide from public”.
Step 5 : Now click on “Save changes’. This would be displayed as support or funding for particular research or project.
