Here you can add and view ticket for the issues arose while using Mentis.
Adding a ticket to zendesk
1. First step to add ticket is to login into zendesk.
2. Move cursor on +add button present on top left hand side.
3.Click on Ticket present in the dropdown list.
You can select User to add user to zendesk and Search for searching tickets, users, articles and organizations. You can also review recently viewed tickets.
4. In new ticket add subject (1) and description (2) about the issue you are facing. Afterwards you need to add requester (3), assignee (4), CCs (5), Sharing (6), Type (7), Priority (8) and Tags (9).
Note: If the requester and CCs are not found then can add them using +Add user button present below respective search boxes.
5. Click on Submit as New button present on bottom right hand side.
You can submit the particular ticket as Open, Pending and Solved using dropup button present next to Submit as New button.
