Manage licensure requirement

Available with version 3.3.0 onwards

This article walks you through the process of adding, editing and deleting licensure requirement with actual hours for the particular program in a state. 

Adding a licensure requirement

1. Once inside the ELC app, select Licensure Requirement present under Data from the sidebar.

2. Click on Add button present on the right-hand side.

3. In Add a new State Requirement, you need to add State(1), Program(2), select Licensure Requirement(3), Licensure Disclosure(4) and Actual Hours(5) required for that purpose.

Available with version 3.3.2 and above

Licensure Requirement can be added through Requirements present under Data in the sidebar. You can also refer to the article for Manage requirements.

Note: The Licensure Disclosure editor is available with version 3.3.5 and above.

4. Click on Save. This will be displayed as licensure requirement for the particular program,

Editing a licensure requirement

1. You can edit a particular licensure requirement using edit button present on the right-hand side under Actions

Deleting a licensure requirement

1. You can delete a particular licensure requirement using delete button present in the drop-down next to Edit button.

Searching for a licensure requirement

You can search for a particular licensure requirement using search option for the state, program name, licensure requirement and actual hours.

Adding licensure requirement to program

After adding licensure requirement with actual hours under Data, you can add hours taken to complete the particular licensure requirement of a program.

1. In Programs, click on the option for Add Licensure Requirement present in the drop-down next to Edit button under Actions.

2. In Add Requirement to the particular program, you need to add hours taken to complete particular licensure requirement.

3. Click on Save.

Viewing licensure requirement report

Here you can view licensure requirement for all programs.

1. Once inside the Reports, you can type or select Licensure Requirement Report from the drop-down for Select a Report to view present on the right-hand side.

2. In Licensure Requirement Report, you can view licensure requirement for all programs and the hours taken to complete them. You can also filter this report using option for the State(1), Lic. Requirement(2) and Program(3).

You can also view licensure requirement in the map present at the bottom of the ELC Dashboard. On clicking the particular state, you are moved to Licensure Requirement Report.

Browsing licensure requirements

Available with version 3.3.0 onwards

Now you can browse for licensure requirements present under Other Browse Options in Browse Programs on the explore page.

In Licensure/Certification by State, you can view the licensure requirements for programs in all states. Here, you can use the filter for State and Program.

When you select a particular State and Program, you would be able to observe the State Name(1), Program Name(2), Licensure/Certification(3) and Licensure Disclosure(4) of the particular program in the state. 

Available with version 3.3.7 onwards

On selecting a particular state on the map, now it filters for the particular state and further you can filter for any programs present in the particular state.
