Staging Sign-off Checklist

Almost there!

We are now a step closer to getting you started with Mentis. This document provides some basic checkpoints, customized for your Mentis setup, that allow you to complete a review of the application in a staging environment.

At this point, we have set up Mentis with your preferred login mechanism and have uploaded any data provided by you. We have also setup in the system basic roles etc. that are required by you to use the system.

Please take some time to carefully review the working of the system with the help of the checkpoints provided below. The more care time spent on this review the better as it will serve as the foundation for the go-live and will allow us to address any concerns and issues ahead of time.

If, and when, you encounter an issue or have a question, we request that you send an email to [e-mail] with a contextual subject and content that would elaborate the question, issue or concern. We also encourage you to attach any screenshots and add all the relevant information, where applicable, as it will help in resolving the issue in a timely manner.

Once you have completed the review, please download, complete and email us the Mentis Staging Sign-off sheet attached with this checklist. 

Checkpoints 

#	Checkpoint	What to look for?
1	Mentis sign-in page	Please review all the text, placement of logos, email addresses etc on your Staging Mentis URL
2.	Sign-in	You are able to successfully sign-in to Mentis
3.	Mini Profile	Accuracy of your information: Profile Picture (if present), First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Designation, and Title.
4.	Mentis Dashboard	You are able to view the main Mentis landing page
5.	Admin Access	If you are the designated admin for your organization, please review that you have access to the Admin Area
6.	App Access	If you are the designated App Admin for your organization or the user of a specific app that has been subscribed to by your organization, please review that you have access to those apps and the functionality of those apps.
7.	Reports	Please visit the Reports area and verify that you have access to the reports available in the system for your apps. Please note that if you don’t have any data in Mentis, you will not be able to run any report.
8.	Explore while logged-in	Please confirm that you can see the Explore portal. Please review all the links and information.
9.	Switching back to Mentis	Please click on the Login link on the top-nav to go back to Mentis. If you had not logged out, this should automatically take you back to Mentis
10.	Sign-off	Please sign-out of Mentis and confirm that it takes you back to the sign-in page
11.	Sign-back in	To verify a successful logout, please click on the sign-in link again. You should be asked to re-enter your login credentials. Please repeat steps 10 and 11 one or two more times to correctly verify the sign-in/sign-off process.
12.	Explore while logged out	Once logged out, directly visit <your mentis url>/explore/ and verify that you are able to still search, browse and find information.
